(1) All our prices are exclusive VAT and exclusive transport costs if delivery address is not our garage. On second hand cars VAT is only due on the surplus value. In all other cases VAT is up to 21 %. No goods are delivered without complete payment of the bill. We accept only cash payment, payment by credit card and payment by bank cheque.

(2) Transport costs to the customer's place are always at the customer's charges. In Belgium we apply the costs as charged by ABX. Delivery in the rest of Europe is done at the railway costs. Delivery overseas of spare parts are made at costs as charged by DHL or UPS. Delivery of complete cars overseas is made by ship - shipping costs being at the customer's charge. 

(3) Order forms subscribed by client engage the customer, except for special cases scheduled by Belgian law. 

(4) Each order is irrevocable, irrespective if an advance is paid. Annihilation of sales order is only possible if an indemnity of 15 % is paid.  

(5) Delivery, even franco, is always at the customer's risk.

(6) Complaints over our bills or goods should be made in written form within 10 days. After expiration of those 10 days no complaints are any longer acceptable.

(7) Bills, unpaid at the expiration date will be increased by 12% interest on year basis, without previous notification of default. Unpaid sum will be increased by 10 % with a minimum of  € 75.

(8) In all cases, and in contravention with article 1583 of the Belgian Civil Code, property of sold goods is only transferred to the buyer after complete payment of the price.

(9) In cases of disputes only the court of the place of delivery or of the place of completion is competent.
